摘要
本试验旨在研究不同粗饲料与全株玉米青贮组合对肉牛生长性能、血清生化指标、血清和组织抗氧化指标及肉品质的影响。选取75头12月龄、体重在395~405 kg的西门塔尔杂交牛,按照饲喂粗饲料的种类随机分为3组(每组5个重复,每个重复5头牛),分别为麦秸组(24.15%麦秸+27.55%全株玉米青贮)、花生秧组(24.15%花生秧+27.55%全株玉米青贮)和苜蓿干草组(24.15%苜蓿干草+27.55%全株玉米青贮)。预试期为7 d,正试期为90 d。结果表明:1)花生秧组和苜蓿干草组的平均日增重显著高于麦秸组(P<0.05),苜蓿干草组的料重比显著低于其他2组(P<0.05)。2)花生秧组和苜蓿干草组的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL C)含量显著低于麦秸组(P<0.05),苜蓿干草组的血清和肝脏总抗氧化能力(T AOC)显著高于麦秸组(P<0.05)。3)苜蓿干草组的肌肉大理石花纹评分显著高于其他2组(P<0.05),且肌肉pH显著低于其他2组(P<0.05)。4)苜蓿干草组和花生秧组的毛利润分别比麦秸组的提高了80.35%(P<0.05)和52.22%(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加24.15%花生秧+27.55%全株玉米青贮和24.15%苜蓿干草+27.55%全株玉米青贮能够提高肉牛生长性能、抗氧化能力和抗应激能力,饲粮添加24.15%苜蓿干草+27.55%全株玉米青贮还可以提高肉品质。
This experiment was coducted to study the effects of different roughage and whole corn silage com binations on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,serum and tissue antioxidant indexes and meat quality of beef cattle.Seventy five 12 month old Simmental crossbred cattle with average body weight of 395 to 405 kg were randomly divided into 3 groups(5 replicates per group and 5 cattle per replicate)according to the type of roughage,which were wheat straw group(24.15%wheat straw+27.55%whole corn silage),peanut vine group(24.15%peanut vine+27.55%whole corn silage)and alfalfa hay group(24.15%alfalfa hay+27.55%whole corn silage).The pre experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 90 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain of peanut vine group and alfalfa hay group was significantly higher than that of wheat straw group(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain of alfalfa hay group was significantly lower than that of other 2 groups(P<0.05).2)The serum glutamic pyruvic trans aminase(ALT)activity and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL C)content of peanut vine group and al falfa hay group were significantly lower than those of wheat straw group(P<0.05),and the total antioxidant capacity(T AOC)in serum and liver of alfalfa hay group was significantly higher than that of wheat straw group(P<0.05).3)The muscle marbling score of alfalfa hay group was significantly higher than that of other 2 groups(P<0.05),and the muscle pH of alfalfa hay group was significantly lower than that of other 2 groups(P<0.05).4)The gross profit of alfalfa hay group and peanut vine group were 80.35%(P<0.05)and 52.22%(P>0.05)higher than that of wheat straw group,respectively.In conclusion,dietary supplemented with 24.15%peanut vine+27.55%whole corn silage and 24.15%alfalfa hay+27.55%whole corn silage can improve the growth performance,antioxidant capacity and anti stress ability of beef cattle,and dietary 24.15%alfalfa hay+27.55%whole corn silage can also improve the meat quality.
