含SMA阻尼的飞机起落架系统振动分析

摘要 为了更好地提高飞机起落架系统的减振效果和分析形状记忆合金(Shape Memory Alloy,即SMA)的阻尼特性对飞机起落架减振的影响,将SMA应用于某型飞机起落架系统进行阻尼特性分析及振动数值计算。首先,将某型号飞机起落架系统简化为两自由度的系统;然后将SMA加入到此系统中,通过仿真分析,研究SMA的阻尼特性对飞机起落架系统振动产生的影响,并讨论了不同参数设定对于两自由度起落架模型系统振动的影响。计算结果表明:SMA阻尼可以有效减小起落架的振动。 In order to improve damping effect of aircraft landing gear system and analyze influences of damping characteristics of shape memory alloy(SMA)on the vibration of aircraft landing gear,SMA was applied to study damping characteristic analysis and vibration numerical calculation of an aircraft landing frame system.Firstly,the landing gear system was simplified to a two-degree freedom system,and then the SMA was added to the system.Effects of damping characteristics on the vibration of aircraft landing gear system was calculated and analyzed by simulation analysis,while effects of parameter setting on vibration of the system was further discussed.Calculation results show that SMA damping could effectively reduce vibration amplitude of the landing gear system.
