摘要
为研制开发出使用寿命长的自封式封隔器,对具有变形后自动回复功能的TiNi合金进行了研究,制备了两种采用不同的加工工艺的TiNi合金,并对形状记忆NiTi合金在不同工艺下所表现出来的力学性能和变形回复能力进行了研究。试验结果表明,NiTi合金是油井封隔器结构中的理想密封材料。
This paper developed Shape Memory TiNi Alloy,a new sealing material with automatic restoring force after being deformed,in order to develop a self-sealing packer with long service life for the self sealing packer. Three different TiNi alloy sealing rubber with different processing techniques are manufactured. The mechanical performance and deformation recovery ability of the three TiNi alloy rubber material with different processing techniques was tested. The experiments show that TiNi alloy rubber is the ideal sealing material of the oil well packer.
