摘要
温度是结冰风洞重要的测量参数,"有线式"温度传感器因需长距离布线存在一定局限性,为了提高温度测量的效率,文中设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的结冰风洞温度无线测量系统。温度测量装置采用CC2530驱动Max31865芯片实现对Pt100铂电阻温度信号的采集,通过ZigBee无线网络将温度数据传送给连接到监控主机的协调节点,设计温度采集软件,实现了测温点温度信号的采集、存储与处理,并将该温度测量系统应用于结冰风洞试验中。经实际应用表明,基于ZigBee技术的温度无线测量系统在结冰风洞试验中应用良好,具有较高的测量精度,在-20~0℃范围内的精度可达到0.6℃。
Temperature is an important measurement parameter of icing wind tunnel. The wired temperature sensor has some limitations due to its long-distance wiring. In order to improve the efficiency of temperature measurement,a wireless temperature measurement system based on ZigBee technology is designed in this paper. The temperature measurement device uses CC2530 to drive Max31865 chip to realize the temperature signal acquisition of Pt100 platinum resistance. The temperature data is transmitted to the coordination node connected to the monitoring host through ZigBee wireless network. The temperature acquisition software is designed to realize the acquisition,storage and processing of temperature signal at the temperature measurement point. The temperature measurement system is applied to the icing wind tunnel test. The practical application shows that the wireless temperature measurement system based on ZigBee technology has good application in icing wind tunnel test and has high measurement accuracy,the measurement accuracy can reach 0.6 ℃ in the range from-20 ℃ to 0 ℃.
