摘要
特纳综合征(TS)是较罕见的性染色体疾病,染色体核型表现为X染色体部分或完全丢失。TS合并自身免疫性疾病发病率高。本例患者以DKA起病,体型瘦小,临床诊断为桥本氏甲状腺炎及LADA。本文通过探讨TS与LADA的潜在机制,旨在提高认识并及时筛查TS并发症。
Turner syndrome(TS)is a rare sex chromosome disease.The karyotype of TS is complete or partial loss of X chromosome.The incidence rate of autoimmune diseases is high in the current reports of TS.This patient with KS showed DKA at diagnosis,was lean,and clinically diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and latent autoimmune diabetes in adult(LADA).This article discusses the potential mechanism of TS with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and LADA by studying the case,in order to improve the awareness of complications and timely screening of related complications in patients with TS.
