摘要 主要探究教育机器人高兴和悲伤的最优情感表达特征模型,同时分析两者在不同情况下对学习效果的影响。研究一采用七点量表法和联合分析法得出了教育机器人高兴和悲伤情感表达的最优特征模型;实验二通过绩效测量和行为测量法探究这两种情感对学习效果的影响。1.得出了教育机器人在两种情感表达中脸部表情和语音各要素的重要性和最优特征模型。2.教育机器人的情感表达对学习效果的影响有明显的性别差异。教育机器人高兴与悲伤的情感表达需要考虑儿童认知的独特性和性别差异,本研究对设计有一定的指导意义。 It aims to explore the optimal emotional expression feature models of happy and sad in educational robots,and analyze their effects on study in different contexts.In Experiment 1,the seven point rating scale method and pint analysis method is used to find the optimal feature model of two kinds of emotion expression of educational robot.In Experiment 2,we use performance measurement and behavior measurement to find the influence of two kinds of emotions on learning effect 1.The importance of different elements of facial expressions and voice,as well as the optimal characteristic model,is obtained in two expressions of emotion of educational robots 2.The emotion expression of educational robot has significant gender differences,but has little to do with the task difficulty.It has certain guiding significance to design of emotional expression of happiness and sadness in educational robots.Children cogni tive uniqueness and gender differences should be taken into account.
