摘要
目的探索以星状神经节为主的穴位埋线治疗难治性面瘫伴焦虑的临床效果。方法本研究共纳入60例患者,随机分为电针组30例(轻度焦虑18例,中度12例)均给予电针及药物治疗;埋线组30例(轻度焦虑21例,中度9例),除电针及同样药物治疗外,给予星状神经节为主的穴位埋线治疗。疗效观察指标:多伦多(Sunnybrook)面神经评分、面神经肌电图最大波幅变化及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果经过6周的治疗,2组患者Sunnybrook评分、面神经肌电图最大波幅变化均有改善,但埋线组改善程度明显优于电针组(P<0.05);治疗后,埋线组在降低SAS评分方面均明显优于电针组(P<0.05);整个治疗过程中未出现不良反应。结论星状神经节穴位埋线对伴有焦虑情绪的难治性面瘫疗效好且安全,可临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding mainly by stellate ganglion in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis with anxiety.Methods A total of 60 patients were included in this study.patients were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group(18 patients with mild anxiety,12 patients with moderate anxiety)and the embedment group of 30 patients(21 with mild anxiety and 9 with moderate anxiety),besides electroacupuncture and the same drug treatment,acupuncture point embedding therapy mainly with stellate ganglion was given.Outcome measures:Sunnybrook(Toronto)facial nerve score,facial emG and SELF-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results After 6 weeks of treatment,Toronto score and emG maximum amplitude of facial nerve were improved in 2 groups,but the improvement degree of embedding group was significantly better than that of electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in decreasing SAS score(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the whole treatment process.Conclusion Stellate ganglion acupoint catgut embedding is effective and safe for refractory facial paralysis with anxiety,which can be promoted clinically.
