摘要
在现有的全科住培医生规范化培养中,文章探讨增加由老带新、举办健康科普演讲比赛等方式,为全科医师提供锻炼机会,以提高全科医师的健康科普能力,通过提供锻炼机会能够提升全科医师的健康科普能力,进而对全民普及健康知识、改善全民的健康生活习惯,能够切实有效地预防疾病的发生、提高全民健康水平。
In the existing standardized training of general practitioners, this paper discusses the ways of increasing the old to bring the new and holding health science popularization speech competitions, so as to provide general practitioners with exercise opportunities to improve the health science popularization ability of general practitioners. By providing exercise opportunities, the health science popularization ability of general practitioners can be improved, so as to popularize health knowledge and improve the healthy living habits of the whole people, It can effectively prevent the occurrence of diseases and improve the health level of the whole people.
