摘要
目的了解怀化市医疗机构工作人员新型冠状病毒疫苗(简称新冠疫苗)接种意愿及影响因素,为新冠疫苗的接种工作提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样法选取怀化市市、县/区、乡镇三级23家医疗机构的工作人员,开展网络问卷调查;采用χ;检验、logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果 3 392名(85.70%)调查对象愿意接种新冠疫苗;logistic回归分析显示,乡镇级、县级医疗机构调查对象、临床医生、护理人员的接种意愿更高[OR(95%CI):1.558(1.148~2.114)、1.386(1.112~1.726)、1.550(1.008~2.384)、1.747(1.165~2.618)];硕士及以上学历者接种意愿更低[OR(95%CI):0.446(0.243~0.816)];认为新冠肺炎危害严重、认可疫苗的安全性、有效性、在2020年接种过流感疫苗者更愿意接种新冠疫苗[OR(95%CI):1.493(1.221~1.825)、2.134(1.669~2.728)、2.546(1.925~3.366)、2.185(1.287~3.709)]。结论怀化市医疗机构工作人员新冠疫苗的接种意愿总体较高,应加强新冠疫苗相关知识宣传,增强该人群对疫苗接种的信心,进一步提高新冠疫苗的实际接种率。
Objective To investigate the willingness to receive COVID-19 vaccination and its affecting factors among staff from medical institutions in Huaihua City, and to provide a basis for COVID-19 vaccination. Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to select staff from 23 medical institutions at city-level, county-/district-level and township-level in Huaihua City for an online questionnaire survey. χ;test and logistic regression analysis were used to identify factors influencing the willingness to receive COVID-19 vaccination. Results A total of 3,392(85.70%) respondents were willing to receive COVID-19 vaccination. Logistic regression analysis revealed that staff from township-level and county-level medical institutions, clinicians and nurses were more willing to receive COVID-19 vaccination(OR=1.558, 95%CI: 1.148-2.114;OR=1.386, 95%CI: 1.112-1.726;OR=1.550, 95%CI: 1.008-2.384;OR=1.747, 95%CI: 1.165-2.618), while respondents with a master’s degree or above reported lower willingness to vaccinate(OR=0.446, 95%CI: 0.243-0.816). Respondents who believed that COVID-19 was serious, who believed the vaccines were safe and effective, and who received influenza vaccine in 2020 were more willing to receive COVID-19 vaccination(OR=1.493, 95%CI:95%CI:1.221-1.825;OR=2.134, 95%CI:1.669-2.728;OR=2.546, 95%CI:1.925-3.366;OR=2.185, 95%CI:1.287-3.709). Conclusion The willingness to receive COVID-19 vaccination among the staff from medical institutions in Huaihua City is generally high. It is necessary to intensify the propaganda about knowledge about COVID-19 vaccines and enhance the staff’s confidence in vaccination so as to further increase the actual coverage rate of COVID-19 vaccines.
