摘要
针对潞新二矿4#煤层具有煤层特厚、煤质特硬、煤层底板特软的特点,为了保证工作面巷道安全支护,在对煤岩体地质力学参数测定的基础上,优化设计了全锚索支护技术,并对全锚索支护技术的经济效益进行了分析,结果表明,采用全锚索强力支护技术后,巷道支护状况较以往采用普通高强锚杆支护系统时得到了明显改善,巷道基本无需维修,大大降低了巷道维护费用,尤其在支护难度较大,变形量非常严重的巷道,经济效益尤为突出。
In view of the characteristics of coal seam No.4 in Luxin No.2 coal mine,such as extra thick coal seam,hard coal seam and soft coal floor,in order to ensure the smooth and safe support of working face roadway,based on the determination of geological and mechanical parameters of coal and rock mass,the full anchor cable support technology is optimized and designed,and the technical and economic benefits of the full anchor cable support technology are analyzed.The results show that the full anchor cable strong support is adopted After the support technology,the roadway support condition has been significantly improved compared with the ordinary high-strength bolt support system in the past.The roadway basically does not need maintenance,which greatly reduces the maintenance cost of the roadway.Especially in the roadway where the support is difficult and the deformation is very serious,the economic benefit is particularly prominent.
