摘要
介绍了自制的复合抗氧剂JS-1在高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)加工中的抗氧化效果。通过对聚乙烯多次加工前后熔体指数的变化来评价其抗热氧老化性,并与其它种类抗氧剂在聚乙烯加工中热氧化效果进行对比,进一步证明JS-1是一种优质、高效的新型体系。
The antioxidation effect of a composite antioxidant JS - 1 in high - density polyethylene processing was introduced. The chang of melt index of polyethene in the processing showed effect of JS - 1 antioxidation, and effect of JS - 1 agent on thermo oxidation between the other kind antioxidant were compared in polyethylene processing. JS- 1 was high quality and efficiency.
