摘要
“十三五”末期中国肉类减产的主要原因是非洲猪瘟疫情的传入。分析了2021年中国肉类产业的主要变化,全国猪牛羊禽肉总产量达到历史最高纪录8887万吨,其中猪肉增产1183万吨,增长28.8%。“十四五”时期,中国肉类产业发展的内外部环境更加复杂,依靠国内资源增产扩能的难度日益增加,依靠进口调节国内余缺的不确定性也加大,构建国内国际双循环的新发展格局面临诸多挑战,因此需要通过现代化建设,提升肉类供应链的韧性和对国内需求的适配性,解决产业“大而不强”的问题。提出了2022年中国肉类产业的发展前景,肉类产业发展必须遵循稳字当头、稳中求进的方针,切实保障产业安全,提升市场保供能力,推进产业绿色发展,全面开展产业现代化建设,在国家规划指引下,努力开创肉类产业美好的未来。
The main reason for the reduction of meat production in China at the end of the 13th Five-Year was the introduction of African swine fever epidemic.The main changes of China's meat industry in 2021 were analyzed.The total output of pigs,cattle,mutton and poultry reached all-time record high of 88.87 million tons,among them,the output of pork increased by 11.83 million tons,an increase of 28.8%.During the"14th Five-Year"period,the internal and external environment for the development of China's meat industry was more complex,and it was more and more difficult to increase production and capacity based on domestic resources,and the uncertainty of adjusting domestic surplus and shortage based on imports was also increased.A new development pattern of domestic and international double circulation was built,and there were many challenges,therefore,it was necessary to improve the resilience of the meat supply chain and the adaptability to domestic demand through modernization,so as to solve the problem of"big but not strong"industry.The development prospect of China's meat industry in 2022 was put forward,and the development of meat industry must follow the policy of keeping the word first and seeking progress in stability,and industrial safety was effectively ensured,and market supply capacity was improved,andthe green development of the industry was promoted,and industrial modernization was comprehensively carried out,and a bright future for the meat industry was created under the guidance of national planning.
