摘要
新元矿回采面以往采用留设区段煤柱布置,煤炭损失较大;3405接替工作面拟改用沿空留巷技术,即选用C30混凝土进行巷旁充填支护的方式,充填体宽度设计1 000 mm,在充填体内布置3根Φ20 mm×1 000 mm的螺纹钢锚杆,间排距为1 000 mm×1 000 mm,在距离巷道上帮300 mm位置补打1根Φ17.8 mm×6 500 mm的锚索,排距为2 000 mm;对留巷支护进行了数值模拟分析;通过现场验证,留巷支护效果良好,能满足现场要求。
Aiming at the coal resources loss due to the section coal pillars setting at working face of Xinyuan Colliery, it is proposed to apply the technology of gob-side entry retaining at 3405 relay working face with C30 concrete for roadside filling, the filling body width of 1.0 m, 3 rebar bolts of Φ20 mm×1000 mm in the filling body with row spacing of 1000 mm× 1000 mm,and one anchor cable of Φ17.8 mm×6500 mm 300 mm away from the upper side of the roadway with row spacing of 2000 mm,which has proved to achieve good supporting effect and meet the requirements of on-site safety production through numerical simulation analysis and field tests.
