在临床见习带教中运用PBL联合CBL教学法的效果分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的分析PBL联合CBL教学法在临床见习带教中的应用效果,供临床见习带教工作者参考。方法在本院临床见习生中抽取50名作为本文的观察对象。应用简单随机分组法将50名见习生分为两组,对照组25名见习生均接受传统教学,观察组25名见习生则接受PBL联合CBL教学。比较两组见习生的考核成绩和素质能力的差别。结果观察组见习生的理论成绩为(56.17±3.08)分、操作成绩为(36.28±2.12)分、综合考评成绩为(91.85±4.37)分,与对照组比较均高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.001);观察组见习生的协调能力评分为(92.06±5.81)分、沟通能力评分为(91.73±6.02)分、应变能力评分为(95.19±3.26)分、处理能力评分为(97.08±1.62)分,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在临床见习带教中实施PBL联合CBL教学法的效果显著,PBL联合CBL教学法能够促进见习生沟通能力、协调能力和综合素质的提升。 Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in clinical probation teaching,for the reference of clinical probation teaching staff.Methods 50 cases were selected from the clinical trainees in this hospital as the observation objects of this article.The above-mentioned trainees were divided into two groups by a simple random grouping method.The 25 trainees in the control group received traditional teaching,and the 25 trainees in the observation group received PBL combined with CBL teaching.Compare the appraisal results and quality abilities of the two groups of trainees.Results The theoretical scores of the trainees in the observation group were(56.17±3.08) points,the operational scores were(36.28±2.12) points,and the comprehensive evaluation scores were(91.85±4.37) points,which were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;In the observation group,the interns’ coordination ability score was(92.06±5.81) points,the communication ability score was(91.73±6.02) points,the adaptability score was(95.19±3.26)points,and the processing ability score was(97.08±1.62)points,both It is significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of implementing PBL combined with CBL teaching method in clinical probation teaching is significant.PBL combined with CBL teaching method can promote interns’ communication ability,coordination ability and comprehensive quality,and has further promotion and application value.
