摘要
目的探讨PBL教学模式在器官移植临床实习教学中的应用价值分析。方法将2018年1月—2019年12月在我院进行临床实习的50名器官移植专业实习生按不同教学方法随机分为两组,对照组25名使用常规教学模式,观察组25名使用PBL教学模式,对比两组的理论知识及临床技能考核成绩,理论、临床实践、科研等教学满意率。结果观察组理论知识、临床技能考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组在课程设置、课时安排、授课教师资质、授课内容清晰完整、授课内容包含学科最新进展、理论联系实际、教学设施等理论教学,科室教学氛围、科室仪器设备、移植手术观摩、带教老师的教学能力、带教老师的专科技能、教学计划的落实、按要求完成科室分配的实践项目等临床实践教学,文献检索硬件、掌握文献检索技巧、掌握综述书写模式、掌握论文写作方法、论文指导及点评等科研教学,三项的满意率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL教学模式在器官移植临床实习教学中的应用价值显著,能有效提升教学质量,提高教学满意率,具有积极的教学意义。
Objective To explore the application value analysis of PBL teaching model in clinical practice teaching of organ transplantation.Methods 50 organ transplant interns who were in clinical practice in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.25 in the control group used the conventional teaching mode and 25 in the observation group.The PBL teaching model compares the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills assessment results of the two groups,and the teaching satisfaction rate of theory,clinical practice,and scientific research.Results The observation group’s theoretical knowledge and clinical skills assessment scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had a clear and complete course setting,class schedule,teaching teacher qualifications,teaching content including the latest developments in the subject,and integrating theory with practice.Teaching facilities and other theoretical teaching,clinical practice teaching such as the teaching atmosphere of the department,the equipment of the department,the observation of transplant surgery,the teaching ability of the teacher,the professional technical ability of the teacher,the implementation of the teaching plan,and the completion of the practice project assigned by the department as required.The satisfaction rate of the three items of literature retrieval hardware,mastering literature retrieval skills,mastering review writing mode,mastering thesis writing method,essay guidance and comments.were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching model has significant application value in clinical practice teaching of organ transplantation.It can effectively improve the quality of teaching and increase the satisfaction rate of teaching.It has positive teaching significance.
