Analysis of sulfur dioxide residue in Radix astragali slices

摘要 目的 研究黄芪饮片中二氧化硫的残留量现状。方法 将黄芪饮片进行衍生化操作。采用分光光度法,获得二氧化硫残留量及污染现状。结果 亚硫酸钠在1~20nmol线性关系良好(r^(2)=0.9982),平均回收率为92.79%,相对标准偏差为1.02%。根据《中国药典》标准(150.00mg/kg),在22个批次样本中,7个批次的二氧化硫残留量合格,合格率为31.82%(7/22)。结论 荧光衍生法可用于黄芪饮片二氧化硫残留量的测定,黄芪饮片中二氧化硫污染现象严重,急需予以重视。 Objective To analyze the present condition of sulfur dioxide residue of Radix astragali slices.Methods The samples of radix astragali slices were derivatized.The fluorescent spectrometry method was used to obtain the sulfur dioxide residue and the pollution condition.Results The methodological test showed that the concentration of sodium sulfite was linear in the range of 1-20 nmol(r^(2)=0.9982),the average recovery rate was 92.79%,and the precision of relative standard deviation was 1.02%.According to the standard set by Chinese pharmacopoeia(150.00 mg/kg),a total of seven of the 22 batches were qualified with a qualification rate of 31.82%.Conclusion The fluorescence derivation method can be used to determine sulfur dioxide residues in Radix astragali slices.Sulfur dioxide pollution in radix astragali slices is serious,so it is urgent to pay attention to it.
