摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,挖掘温哥华、索契、平昌冬奥会场馆赛后利用情况与经验,以及对北京冬奥会场馆赛后利用的启示。冬奥会场馆赛后利用情况:温哥华冬奥会注重场馆与社区形成深度融合、索契冬奥会以赛事推动区域资源开发与城市发展、平昌冬奥会以场馆集聚促进"首都圈"创新发展。冬奥会场馆赛后利用经验:场地功能转换,支撑公共体育服务;利用集聚效应,带动区域产业升级;平衡利益相关者诉求,提升经济效益;专业团队参与,满足复合性需求。启示:促进体育服务综合体转型,加速场馆与城市有效对接;强化场馆集聚效应形成,提升资源利用效率;突出场馆赛后利益相关者责任,完善规范性管理制度;寻求冬奥场馆多元化运营,打造专业赛后场馆运营团队。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the postgames utilization situation and experience of venues in Vancouver,Sochi,and Pyeongchang,as well as its enlightenment to the post-games utilization of venues for Beijing Winter Olympic Games.Postgames utilization of venues:The Vancouver Winter Olympics focused on the deep integration of venues and communities,the Sochi Winter Olympics promoted the development of regional resources and urban development through events,and the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics promoted the innovative development of the Capital Region through venue gathering.Experience of post-games utilization of venues:They transform the functions of venues to support public sports services,make use of agglomeration effect to promote regional industrial upgrading,balance the demands of stakeholders to improve economic benefits,and involve professional teams to meet complex needs.The enlightenment to China:We should promote the transformation of sports service complexes to accelerate the effective connection between venues and cities,strengthen the formation of venue agglomeration effect to improve the efficiency of resource utilization,highlight the responsibility of stakeholders to improve the normative management system,and seek diversified operation of venues for the Winter Olympics to build a professional post-game venue operation team.
