摘要
体育产业被称为21世纪最具活力的朝阳产业,将成为中国经济强有力的新的增长点。如何抓住机遇,促进体育场馆产业化发展,带动区域经济发展,已成为社会各界关注的议题。长沙市体育场馆要实现产业化快速健康发展,必须正视对外开放力度不够、场馆收费偏高、产业人才缺乏等问题;宜采取构建合理体育产业空间布局,积极对外开放,大力开发体育场馆旅游文化功能,建立健全法规体系等对策和措施。
Sports industry is seen as the most vigorous “Sunshine Industry” in the 21th century, and it will become the new strong spurring-point for China＇s economic growth. It has been widely drawn on that in which way to grasp the historical opportunity, enhance the development of sports facilities and instruments, and promote the development of the regional economy. Accordingly the sports stadiums and facilities in Changsha should face with the existing problems, such as the insufficient opening extent, the expensive fee, and lack of special administration specialists in order to enhance the development of the industrialization of the sports stadiums and facilities. It is suggested to adopt the rational well-constructed space distribution, opening to the outside actively, develop the cultural function of the tourism of sports stadium and facilities, and set up comprehensive legal system.
