基于脉冲虚功率源的直流电能表校验技术 被引量:7

摘要 当前直流电能校验装置多针对直流稳态电能进行校验,对用电过程中电压电流快速变化情况的适应性差,无法对动态变化功率进行准确校验,且缺乏统一的校验标准。对此,该文提出了一种基于脉冲虚功率源的直流电能表校验方法,该方法通过向被检电能表施加脉冲虚功率来等效模拟不同工况下的输入功率,通过对比输出功率和被检表计量功率得到电能计量误差,实现了输出电能的量值溯源。该文研制了一台脉冲虚功率源校验样机,对市面上现有电能表进行了校验测试,实验结果表明,基于脉冲虚功率源法的直流电能表校验方法实现了动态变化功率下直流电能表的校验,能够用于建立直流电能表检定标准。 The current DC power calibration devices mostly perform calibrations for DC steady-state power,and have poor adaptability to the rapid changes in voltage and current during power consumption,unable to accurately calibrate dynamic power changes,and lack a unified calibration standards.In this regard,a DC electric energy meter calibration method based on pulsed virtual power source is proposed in this paper.This method applies pulsed virtual power to the tested electric energy meter to equivalently simulate the input power under different working conditions,and compares the output power and the measured power of the meter under test obtains the electric energy measurement error,which realizes the traceability of the value of the output electric energy.A pulse virtual power source calibration prototype was developed,and the existing electric energy meters on the market were verified and tested.The experimental results proved that the DC electric energy meter calibration method based on the pulse virtual power source method realizes DC energy under dynamic change of power.The calibration of the meter can be used to establish the calibration standard of the DC electric energy meter.
