摘要
文章对旅游景区安全生产工作和旅游景区安全员进行了定义,点明当前国内旅游景区安全生产工作的两个特点:A级旅游景区安全生产工作的投入普遍高于一般旅游景区,经费是决定旅游景区安全生产水平的关键因素。当前国内部分旅游景区存在对安全生产工作重视程度不够,迎检迎调压力过大,安全员思想包袱过重,安全生产隐患排查和整改能力有限,安全生产标准有待完善,应急救援工作基础薄弱和旅游消费者安全意识欠缺等七大问题。针对这些问题,文章提出了相应对策,旨在为提升国内旅游景区安全生产工作水平提供参考。
The paper defines the work safety and the safety staff in the tourist attractions,and points out the two features of the work safety in domestic tourist attractions,one of which is that the investment in work safety in A-class tourist attractions is generally higher than that in ordinary tourist attractions.The other is that the funding plays key role in the level of work safety in tourist attractions.Currently,there exist seven problems of work safety in the domestic tourist attractions including the lack of attention paid to work safty,over pressure on preparing for inspection,heavy mental load on the safty staff,poor competence of security risk detection and rectification,incomplete safty standard,weak basis of emergency rescue work,and the tourists’lack of safty awareness.In view of these problems,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures,aiming to provide help for improving the safety work of domestic tourist attractions.
