摘要
目的:了解护理硕士专业学位(MNS)临床导师科研能力及导师胜任力现状并分析其影响因素,为提升MNS临床导师综合素质提供参考依据。方法:采用一般资料调查表、护理科研能力量表、导师胜任力评估量表对2021年4月—2021年6月便利选取的4所三级甲等医院108名MNS临床导师进行问卷调查。结果:MNS临床导师各条目均分为2.77(2.60,2.93)分,得分率为69.67%;导师胜任力各条目均分为(5.89±0.67)分,得分率为84.10%。影响MNS临床导师护理科研能力的因素有年龄、学历、职务、MNS带教时间及MNS带教研究生总人数,可解释总变异的43.3%;影响MNS临床导师导师胜任力的因素有年龄及MNS带教研究生总人数,可解释总变异的33.4%。结论:MNS临床导师科研能力有待提高,导师胜任力总体较好,但与学生建立一致的预期及与校外导师保持有效沟通方面较为欠缺。
Objective:To understand the status quo of research ability and mentor competence of clinical supervisors of master of nursing specialist(MNS)and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving the comprehensive quality of MNS clinical supervisors.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 108 MNS clinical supervisors in 4 grade A hospitals conveniently selected from April 2021 to June 2021 by general data questionnaire,nursing research ability scale and Mentor Competency Assessment.Results:The score of each item of MNS clinical su pervisors was 2.77(2.60,2.93),and the score rate was 69.67%.The total score of mentor competency was(5.89±0.67),and the score rate was 84.10%.The factors influencing the nursing research ability of MNS clinical supervisors were age,educational background,position,teaching time of MNS and total number of teaching MNS students,which could explain 43.3%of the total variation.Age and the total number of teaching MNS students could explain 33.4%of the total variation.Conclusions:The scientific research ability of MNS clinical supervisors needs to be improved.The mentor competence is good on the whole,but it is not enough to establish consistent expectations with the students and maintain effective communication with the external tutor.
