摘要
本文采用点滴法测定了山西省 3个地区苹果黄蚜对 6种有机磷杀虫剂的敏感性。结果表明 ,以晋中苹果黄蚜为相对敏感种群 ,忻州苹果黄蚜对辛硫磷、氧化乐果、马拉松、敌敌畏、杀螟松和水胺硫磷的抗性倍数分别为 :2 6 9倍、 0 81倍、 1 33倍、 2 70倍、 0 97倍、 0 73倍 ;运城苹果黄蚜对氧化乐果、马拉松、敌敌畏、杀螟松和水胺硫磷的抗性倍数分别为 :2 2 1倍、8 0 2倍、 4 73倍、 4 4 7倍、 3 91倍。采用同样的方法测定了晋中苹果黄蚜对齐螨素、吡虫啉、灭多威三种杀虫剂的敏感性。结果为 :齐螨素对苹果黄蚜的毒力最高 ,其次是吡虫啉。这 3种杀虫剂的毒力都明显高于有机磷杀虫剂 ,是目前田间防治苹果黄蚜的较理想药剂。
Susceptibility of\% Aphis pomi \%(DeGeer) field populations, collected from three regions of Shanxi province, to six organophosphorus insecticides was examined by means of topical application. The data showed that susceptibility was obviously different in various populations. To take Jinzhong population as relatively susceptible strain, resistance ratios indicated that Xinzhou population was not resistant to organophosphates (RRs ranged from 0 73- to 2 70-fold) and Yuncheng population was low level resistant to malathion (8 02-fold) but not resistant to other organophosophorus insecticides. Susceptibility of \%Aphis pomi\% from Jinzhong region to avermectin?imidaclorprid and methomyl was also determined by topical application. The results showed that avermectin and imidaclorprid had higher toxicity to the pest and were favourable candidate insecticides for its controlling.
