晋中地区甘蓝蚜对杀虫剂的敏感性变化及药剂混配的增效作用 被引量:2

The Susceptiblicity Changes of Bressicae Brassicae From Jinzhong Region to Insecticides and the Synergistic Effect of Combinations

摘要 为了了解甘蓝蚜对药剂的敏感性变化及药剂混配的增效作用,采用FAO推荐的微量点滴法,测定了山西省晋中地区田间甘蓝蚜种群对药剂的敏感性、相对敏感基线,及不同类型杀虫剂混配的增效作用。结果表明:甘蓝蚜对杀虫剂的敏感性降低,对啶虫脒、高效氯氰菊酯和齐螨素抗药性为原来的11.10倍、14.34倍和16.13倍,对氰戊菊酯、辛硫磷和吡虫啉的抗药性为原来的83.33倍、101.50倍和143.38倍,对灭多威的抗药性为原来的161.75倍;混配增效试验结果表明,辛硫磷和灭多威以有效成分1∶0.5,高效氯氰菊酯和齐螨素以1∶3、1∶6和1∶9混配后都具有明显的增效作用。 Using microtitrimetry method, the susceptibility of brevicoryne brassicae to pesticides and the base-line was determined. Synergism effects of combinations between different insecticides were also conducted. The results indicated that the susceptibility of brevicoryne brassicae to pesticides had declined. The resistance to acetamiprid, betacypermethrin and abamectin had raised (11.10, 14, 34 and 16.13-fold), to fenvalerate, phoxim and imidacloprid had raised (83.33, 101, 50 and 143.38- fold); to methomyl had raised mostly (161.75- fold). Experimental results demonstrated that phoxim mixed with methomyl in 1 : 0.5a. i; beta-cypermethrin mixed with abamectin in 1 : 3a, i, 1 : 6a. i and 1 : 9a. i all had significant synergism to the pest than used alone.
