摘要
区块链具有价值锚定、价值量化以及价值流通管理等技术价值,为解决网络文化空间中数字劳工劳动价值被平台漠视、劳动利益被平台剥削等问题提供了全新的解决路径。基于区块链技术的底层逻辑与深层机理,从共同开发、共同核查和共同推荐维度分析网络文化空间数字内容生产、把关与分发模式,进而指出区块链将在经济利益层面驱动“数字劳工”向“数字股东”的身份转变,在非经济利益层面将促使数字劳工情感劳动转向需求满足,从而促进网络文化空间数字劳动的图景重塑。
Blockchain has technical values,such as value anchoring,value quantification and value circulation management,which provides a new solution to solve the problems of digital labor value being ignored by platforms and labor interests being exploited by platforms in cyberculture space.Based on the underlying logic and mechanism of blockchain technology,we analyze the mode of digital content production,controlling and distribution in cyberculture space from the dimensions of common development,common verification and common recommendation;and point out that blockchain will drive the transformation of“digital laborers”to“digital shareholders”at the level of economic interests.It is further pointed out that blockchain will prompt digital laborers to shift from emotional labor to demand satisfaction at the level of non-economic benefits,thus potentially reshaping the labor system of digital laborers in cybercultural space.
