摘要
目的:探讨人文护理对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的临床效果。方法:2017年1月,我科室实施人文护理,至2017年5月,各项人文护理管理制度及专业技能基本完善,选取2016年1月至2016年12月九八八医院焦作院区收治的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者45例作为对照组,选取2017年6月至2018年6月九八八医院焦作院区收治的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者43例作为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予人文护理,比较2组患者的临床护理效果。结果:护理后,2组患者的最长呼吸暂停时间、呼吸暂停低通气指数、最低血氧饱和度及生命质量评分均较护理前有所改善,且观察组优于对照组,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者给予人文护理,可显著改善患者睡眠质量和生命质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of humanistic nursing on patients with sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:In January 2017,humanistic nursing was implemented in our department,by May 2017,various humanistic nursing management systems and professional skills were basically improved,45 patients with sleep apnea syndrome from January 2016 to December 2016 were taken as the control group,routine care was given,and 43 patients with sleep apnea syndrome from June 2017 to June 2018 were taken as the observation group,and humanistic nursing was given on the basis of routine nursing,the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the longest apnea time,apnea hypopnea index,minimum blood oxygen saturation and quality of life of the two groups were improved compared with before nursing,and the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing can significantly improve sleep quality and life quality of patients with sleep apnea syndrome and improve nursing satisfaction.
