摘要
针对某车型雾灯装饰盖双色塑料件,采用倒装模的模具方案,设计了一副双色注塑模具。该双色注塑模第一射注射成型双色塑料件的硬胶产品,第二射注塑双色塑料件的软胶产品。为实现该双色塑料件的结构成型,在双色模的定模侧和动模侧分别设计了顶出系统和同步拉钩机构。在双色模具注塑完成进行开模运动过程中,利用同步拉钩机构驱动硬胶模具和软胶模具的定模顶出系统随动模一起同步顶出,实现双色塑料件在定模侧倒扣结构的脱模成型,同时将塑料件停留在倒装模的动模上。在模具顶出取件过程中,第一射硬胶模具动模不顶出,第二射软胶模具动模顶出双色塑料件,最后进行机械手取件。实践证明,该倒装双色模具结构稳定可靠,塑料件质量满足设计要求。
Aiming at the two-color plastic parts of the fog lamp decoration cover,a two-color injection mold was designed by using the inverted mold scheme.The two-color injection mold first injected two-color plastic parts of hard plastic products,secondly injected two-color plastic parts of soft plastic products.In order to realize the structure forming of the two-color plastic parts,the ejection system and synchronous hook mechanism were designed respectively on the fixed and moving sides of the inverted two-color mold.When the two-color mold was finished in the mold opening movement,the synchronous hook mechanism was used to drive the hard plastic mold and the soft plastic mold fixed mold ejection system synchronous ejection together with the moving mold to achieve the demoulding molding of the two-color plastic parts in the fixed mold side inverted structure,and the plastic parts stay on the flip mold moving die.In the process of mold ejecting and taking parts,the first hard rubber mold dynamic die was not ejected,the second soft rubber mold dynamic die ejected two-color plastic parts,and finally the manipulator took parts.The practice proved that the action of the two-color mold was stable and reliable,and the quality of plastic parts met the design requirements.
