摘要
分析了鸡蛋搅拌机手柄双色注射模的结构、设计要点和工作过程,详细介绍了模具浇注系统设计,采用复合哈夫机构和斜推杆内抽芯机构,实现了双色模具顺序分型动作。实践表明,模具结构可靠,运动平稳顺畅,制品精度和外观质量均符合要求。
The structure layout, design points and working process of a two-color injection mould for the handle of an egg mixer were analyzed; and the design of gating system was presented in detail. The application of composite half-mechanism and mechanism of core-pulling by inclined ejector pin achieves sequential parting of the two-color mould.
