摘要
文中通过对比纽约、深圳两城市密度管控实践中的密度内涵,发现两个管控体系中密度指标在应用目的、指标形式及单位选择上存在内涵偏差。在此基础上,从密度的属性、特征、指标以及单位四个方面对密度内涵进行解析,并整合成新的密度概念构成,进而对密度概念框架、指标体系的构建进行探索,以期在密度管控下实现"管总量、控效益、引品质"目的。
In the practice of city density control,density connotation in New York and Shenzhen was compared in this paper.There are connotative deviations in terms of the application purpose,indicator form,and unit selection in the two control systems.On this basis,this paper proposes a new density concept integrated from density attributes,characteristics,indicators,and units.The construction of the density concept framework and index system was investigated to achieve the goal of controlling total amount,regulating efficiency,and attracting quality.
