基于自抗扰控制的矿车液压驱动优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 液压驱动系统因功率密度大、承载能力强被广泛应用于矿山运输车辆驱动,但传统液压驱动系统采用内燃机-变量泵-阀-变量马达的传动方式,具有能耗高、效率低的缺点。为解决上述问题,提出一种变转速液压驱动系统方案。采用变转速电机-定量泵-蓄能器-定量马达的传动方式,提高能量效率,同时精简了控制器结构。通过控制器控制电机转速,实现整车的速度控制。为提高矿山运输车驱动系统控制性能,改进自抗扰控制器。结果表明:变转速液压驱动系统很好地适配于矿山运输车辆;所设计的控制系统的精度更高、稳定性更好、抗扰能力更强。 Hydraulic drive system is widely used to drive mine transport vehicles because of its advantages of high power density and strong load-bearing capacity, but the traditional hydraulic drive system uses the transmission method of internal combustion engine-variable pump-valve-variable motor, which has the disadvantage of low energy efficiency. In order to solve the above problems, a variable speed hydraulic drive system scheme was proposed. The transmission method of variable speed motor-fixed pump-energy storage-quantitative motor was used to improve energy efficiency and simplify the controller structure. By using the controller to control the motor speed, the vehicle speed control was realized. In order to improve the control performance of the mine transport vehicle system, the active disturbance rejection controller was improved. The results show that the variable speed hydraulic drive system is adapted to the mine transport vehicle;and the designed control system has higher accuracy, better stability and stronger disturbance rejection ability.
