炼钢转炉倾动装置液压系统稳定控制

Stable control of hydraulic system for steelmaking converter tilting device

摘要 转炉倾动装置液压系统的稳定性直接影响炼钢生产效率和产品质量。针对倾动过程中速度波动、压力冲击、位置偏差、同步误差等问题,文章通过分析液压系统稳定性影响因素,提出了多维度稳定控制方法。采用电液比例阀实现速度平稳控制,利用蓄能器有效抑制压力波动,通过闭环反馈提高位置控制精度,应用交叉耦合算法保证多缸同步稳定。工程应用表明,优化后的控制系统显著提升了倾动装置运行稳定性,降低了设备故障率,为炼钢生产提供了可靠保障。 The stability of the hydraulic system of a converter tilting device directly affects steelmaking production efficiency and product quality.To address issues such as speed fluctuations,pressure shocks,position deviations,and synchronization errors during tilting,this paper analyzes the factors affecting hydraulic system stability and proposes a multidimensional stability control method.An electro-hydraulic proportional valve is used to achieve smooth speed control,an accumulator effectively suppresses pressure fluctuations,closed-loop feedback improves position control accuracy,and a cross-coupling algorithm ensures stable multi-cylinder synchronization.Engineering applications show that the optimized control system significantly enhances the operational stability of the tilting device,reduces equipment failure rates,and provides reliable support for steelmaking production.
