摘要
目的:探究用银杏酮酯滴丸联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果及对患者炎症因子水平和心肌纤维化的影响。方法:对绵阳市中心医院于2020年1月至12月期间收治的92例慢性心力衰竭患者进行分组研究。按随机数表法将其分为甲组和乙组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为甲组46例患者采用琥珀酸美托洛尔进行治疗,为乙组46例患者采用银杏酮酯滴丸联合琥珀酸美托洛尔进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的疗效、血清炎症因子、心肌纤维化指标的水平。结果:乙组患者治疗的总有效率(95.64%)高于甲组患者治疗的总有效率(80.43%),P<0.05。治疗后,乙组患者血清可溶性CD40配体、白细胞介素-18、超敏C反应蛋白、N末端脑利钠肽原、结缔组织生长因子及转化生长因子-β1的水平均低于甲组患者,P<0.05。结论:用银杏酮酯滴丸联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果显著,可有效地降低患者血清炎症因子的水平,控制其心肌的纤维化。
Objective:To explore the effect of ginkgo ester dropping pills combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of chronic heart failure and the influence of inflammatory factors and myocardial fibrosis in patients.Methods:Ninety-two patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Mianyang Central Hospital from January to December 2020 were divided into groups.They were divided into group A and group B by random table method.Routine treatment was performed in both groups.On this basis,46 patients in group A were treated with metoprolol succinate,and 46 patients in group B were treated with ginkgo ester dropping pills combined with metoprolol succinate.Then the curative effect,serum inflammatory factors and myocardial fibrosis indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of group B(95.64%)was higher than group A(80.43%),P<0.05.After treatment,the serum levels of soluble CD40 ligand,interleukin-18,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,n-terminal brain natriuretic peptide progenitor,connective tissue growth factor and transforming growth factor-β1 in group B were lower than those in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion:Ginkgo ester dripping pills combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of chronic heart failure has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and control the myocardial fibrosis of patients.
