The Molecular Mechanism of Different Factors Caused Myocardial Fibrosis

摘要 心肌纤维化不仅是各种心脏病变引发的结果,还是多种心脏病变的诱因。在心肌纤维化发生过程中,涉及多种因子参与,其中主要包括血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮、转化生长因子β、各种炎性因子、氧自由基和结缔组织生长因子等。这些因子通过不同或相同的信号通路途径介导心肌纤维化的发生,详细了解相关机制有助于寻找防治心肌纤维化发生的干预靶点,有利于心脏疾病的一级预防和二级预防。 Myocardial fibrosis is not only a result caused by all kinds of heart diseases, but also a pre- cipitating factor for many heart diseases. In the process of myocardial fibrosis, many factors are involved, such as angiotensin 11 , aldosterone, transforming growth factor-B, inflammatory factors, oxygen radical, connective tissue growth factor and so on. These factors mediate myocardial fibrosis via same or different signal pathways. It is useful to understand the molecular mechanism of myocardial fibrosis for searching in- tervention target for the prevention and treatment of the disease, which is helpful to the primary and sec- ondary prevention of heart diseases.
