运动疗法结合依降钙素在糖尿病伴骨质疏松性腰痛的临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的对运动疗法与依降钙素联合方案用于糖尿病伴骨质疏松性腰痛治疗中的应用效果进行观察。方法选择2020年1月至2021年2月在上海市第二康复医院疼痛康复科就诊并明确临床诊断糖尿病伴骨质疏松腰疼患者97例,所有患者皆存在腰痛表现,结合随机信封法划分结合组(运动疗法与依降钙素)和对照组(仅使用依降钙素),分别记录2组患者糖代谢指标、腕关节骨密度值变化以及腰痛VAS评分,再进行组间比较。结果治疗12周之后,结合组在自发性腰部疼痛VAS评分[(0.72±0.08)分vs(1.42±0.11)分)]、糖代谢指标2hPG[(7.32±0.21)%vs(7.41±0.22)%)]和腕关节骨密度值[(0.83±0.21)g/cm^(3) vs(0.62±0.13)g/cm^(3))]上更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病并发骨质疏松性腰痛患者的临床治疗中,在依降钙素用药的基础上结合运动疗法,更有利于帮助患者控制血糖水平、增强腕关节骨密度、促进腰痛症状的改善。 Objective To observe the effect of exercise therapy combined with calcitonin in the treatment of diabetic patients with osteoporotic low back pain.Methods In this study,97 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis were selected.All the patients had low back pain.According to the random envelope method,all patients were divided into two groups:the control group was treated with calcitonin,and the treatment group was treated with exercise therapy.The changes of glucose metabolism index,bone mineral density of wrist joint and VAS score of low back pain were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of spontaneous low back pain(VAS score of treatment group was(0.72±0.08)points of control group was(1.42±0.11)points of control group),glucose metabolism index[2hPG of treatment group was(7.32±0.21)%of control group(7.41±0.22)%],and bone mineral density of wrist joint[after treatment(0.83±0.21)g/cm^(3) in the experimental group vs(0.62±0.13)g/cm^(3) in the observation group],the experimental group was better than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the clinical treatment of diabetic patients with osteoporosis low back pain,on the basis of the use of calcitonin combined with exercise therapy,it is more conducive to help patients control blood sugar level,enhance bone mineral density of wrist joint,and promote the improvement of low back pain symptoms.
