摘要
技术迭代发展推动了空间规划的不断变革,而以“大智移云链”为代表的新一代技术的不断导入,必将实现空间规划前所未有的范式转型。文章通过阐述技术迭代推动空间认知与变革的进程和规划辅助技术的内核要义,提出空间、技术与规划的三元提升螺旋模型;通过进一步分析新一代技术对规划的变革,指出在空间规划转型的背景下,新一代技术的大量导入将赋能空间规划走向智能化与全要素的未来,并实现空间规划范式转型;通过对规划导向范式的梳理,指出以规律为导向的空间规划范式是空间规划迈向科学理性和历史新高度的必由之路。
introduction of a plethora of emerging technologies,spatial planning is poised for an unprecedented shift.This article begins with reviewing the changes in ontology and epistemology brought about by past technological advance in space,technology and planning,before proposing a“triple helix with iteration”model of said three.In the context of the transformation of spatial planning in China,the introduction of emerging technologies will enable an intelligent and all-embracing future for spatial planning.Finally,it is articulated that a paradigm guided by data-informed spatial law could pave the way to scientific rationality in spatial planning.
