摘要
以无锡为城市案例,阐述了总体城市设计的技术框架和研究范围,提出以城市形态的演替追溯和城市特色的量化确定城市形态的核心价值;以街区高度和开敞度指标确立引导控制的数字化模型平台;以空间形态总体调控和六项专项规划深化调控建构城市空间的骨架结构;以编制城市设计导则和重点地段城市设计融入管理程序的规划实施。据此可明确总体城市设计的基础研究、空间整合、规划调控和导则编制途径,初步建立总体城市设计的工作方法,并可使之进一步拓展和调整,以适应不同城市的需求。
With Wuxi as an example,this paper elaborates the technical framework and study scope of comprehensive urban design and argues to identify the core value of urban form by retrospect to its succession and quantification of its features.It presents to establish digital model platform based on block height and openness indicators,to develop the skeleton structure of urban space through the overall control of spatial form and six special plans,to implement the plan by making urban design guideline and integrating the urban design of key plot into the administrative procedure.In this way the approaches and methods of comprehensive urban design are established,which could be further expanded and adjusted to adapt to the needs of different kinds of cities.
