产后断奶时间对湖羊母羊日增质量、血清生殖激素水平和发情时间的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Weaning Time after Parturition on Daily Gain Mass,ReproductiveHormone Levels of Serum and Oestrus Time of Hu Ewes

摘要 为筛选适宜的湖羊母羊断奶时间,将144只湖羊母羊随机分为产后30、45、60和75d(对照)断奶组,研究断奶时间对其日增质量、血清生殖激素水平和发情时间的影响。结果表明:断奶后0~15d的日增质量,30d断奶组高于其他3组;15~30d,30d断奶组显著高于其他3组。30~45d,30和45d断奶组显著高于60d断奶组和对照组。断奶后0~15d的LH和E2含量,4组呈升高趋势,但以30d断奶组上升最快,对照组最慢。FSH和P4含量,30和45d断奶组先上升后下降,而60d断奶组和对照组持续下降。第15天,30d断奶组的FSH最高,P4最低,对照组反之。30d断奶组发情时间早于其他3组。综上,对湖羊母羊实施早期断奶,可以加快体况恢复,调节血清相关生殖激素水平和提前发情,且以产后30d断奶最为有利。 In order to screen suitable weaning time of Hu ewes,144 Hu ewes were randomly dividedinto weaning groups at 30,45,60 and 75 d(contrast)after parturition.The effect of weaning time ondaily gain mass,reproductive hormone levels of serum and oestrus time of Hu ewes were investigatedin this experiment.The results showed that daily gain mass from 0 to 15 d after weaning,30 d wea-ning group was the highest.From 15 to 30 d,30 d weaning group was significantly higher than theother three groups.From 30 to 45 d,30 and 45 d weaning groups were significantly higher than 60 dweaning group and control group.From 0 to 15 d after weaning,the content of LH and E_(2) showed in-creasing trends in all of four groups,but it was the fastest in 30 d weaning group,and the slowest incontrol group.The content of FSH and P_(4)increased first and then decreased in 30 and 45 d weaninggroups,while 60 d weaning group and control group continued to decrease.On the 15th day,the high-est FSH and the lowest P_(4) level were observed in 30 d weaning group,but control group was reverse.The oestrus time of 30 d weaning group was earliest compared with the other three groups.In conclu-sion,early weaning for Hu ewes can accelerate recovery of body condition,regulate reproductive hor-mone levels of serum,and facilitate oestrus,and it's optimum to wean at 30 d after parturition.
