摘要
皮边角料/皮屑、革屑是制革过程中的主要固体废弃物之一,其主要成分为胶原蛋白,如何将其资源化利用成为皮革产业可持续发展的问题之一。本文综述了皮革生产过程中产生的生皮屑、灰皮屑、铬鞣革屑、无铬鞣革屑、成品革屑的资源化利用方法并提出了建设性的建议。
Skin or hide scraps and leather scraps are one of main solid wastes during the process of leather manufacture,whose main content is collagen.It has become one of questions of sustainable development of leather industry how to re-utilize the scraps.In the paper,the re-utilized methods of scraps of skin or hide,pelt,chrome tanned leather,non-chrome tanned leather and finished leather were reviewed and the constructive advice was put forward.
