摘要
本文研究了含铬革屑的氧化法脱铬工艺,经过单因素和正交实验优化得出的单次脱铬工艺为:H2O2用量13%,NaOH用量3.2%,反应温度50℃,反应时间30 min,料水比1∶20,脱铬率为24.67%。按此工艺脱铬四次,脱铬率达到97.39%。
In this paper,the oxidation dechroming process using hydrogen peroxide for chrome shavings was investigated.An optimal dechroming process was obtained through the single factor analysis method and the orthogonal test.Namely when the shavings was treated once and four times with 13% H2O2,3.2% NaOH and 2000% water at 50℃ for 30 minutes,the dechroming rate was 24.67% and 97.39% respectively.
