摘要
目的:探讨荜铃胃痛颗粒联合兰索拉唑治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果。方法:回顾分析广州中医药大学附属新会中医院2020年1-12月收治的70例慢性浅表性胃炎患者,按其治疗方式分组,其中35例接受荜铃胃痛颗粒联合兰索拉唑治疗(观察组),另35例接受兰索拉唑治疗(对照组)。比较治疗效果,如治疗总有效率、症状积分及日常生活能力。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较症状积分,治疗前组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分,治疗前组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性浅表性胃炎患者接受荜铃胃痛颗粒联合兰索拉唑治疗,相比于单一使用兰索拉唑治疗,可显著改善其症状和日常生活能力,疗效理想。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Biling Weitong Granules combined with Lansoprazole in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Method:A total of 70 patients with chronic superficial gastritis treated in Xinhui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020 were retrospectively divided into groups according to their treatment patterns,of which 35 patients received treatment with Biling Weitong Granules combined with Lansoprazole (observation group) and other 35 patients received Lansoprazole (control group).The treatment effects such as total effective rate,symptom scores and daily living ability were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,higher than 77.14% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);compared the symptom scores,there were no significant differences between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),after treatment,the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);compared the ability of daily life (ADL) score,there was no difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),after treatment,the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with chronic superficial gastritis treated with Biling Weitong Granules combined with Lansoprazole,compared with single Lansoprazole therapy,the former can significantly improve their symptoms and daily living ability,and the efficacy is ideal.
