摘要
目的 分析奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗对慢性浅表性胃炎患者炎症因子水平、胃肠激素水平的影响。方法 选取2022年10月至2023年10月安溪县医院收治的慢性浅表性胃炎患者98例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=49,奥美拉唑治疗)和观察组(n=49,奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗),比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的各项临床症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的各项炎症因子指标水平均低于对照组,Hp根除率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS)水平更低,胃动力素(Motilin,MTL)与生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)水平更高(P<0.05);观察组的丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)水平比对照组更低,超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxidedismutase,SOD)、NO水平均更高(P<0.05)。结论 采用奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎具有较好的疗效。该方案不仅能够有效减轻疾病症状,显著降低体内的炎症反应,调整胃肠激素的平衡,还可增强抗氧化系统功能,促进胃黏膜的修复和健康。
Objective To analyze the effects of omeprazole combined with teprenone on the levels of inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones in patients with chronic superficial gastritis.Methods Ninety eight patients with chronic superficial gastritis admitted to Anxi County Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=49,treated with omeprazole)and an observation group(n=49,treated with omeprazole combined with teprenone)using a random number table.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of various inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Hp eradication rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had lower levels of gastrin(GAS)and higher levels of motilin(MTL)and somatostatin(SS)(P<0.05);The levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and NO were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of omeprazole and teprenone has a good therapeutic effect on chronic superficial gastritis.This plan can not only effectively alleviate disease symptoms,significantly reduce inflammatory reactions in the body,adjust the balance of gastrointestinal hormones,but also enhance the function of the antioxidant system,promote the repair and health of gastric mucosa.
