摘要
目的采用Meta分析法评价益气活血类中药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法计算机检索CNKI、万方、VIP数据库。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta统计学分析。结果研究共纳入中文文献549篇。结果显示:益气活血中药结合西药治疗冠心病AP的临床疗效优于一般单纯西药治疗,差异具有统计学意义[OR=4.22,95%CI(3.23,5.50),P<0.000 01];益气活血中药结合西药治疗心绞痛的ECG临床疗效优于一般单纯西药治疗,差异有统计学意义[OR=3.76,95%CI(2.61,5.42),P<0.000 01];益气活血中药结合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛中医症状的临床疗效优于一般单纯西药治疗,差异有统计学意义[OR=3.23,95%CI(1.52,6.87),P=0.002]。结论现有证据表明,益气活血类中药治疗冠心病心绞痛,可有效改善冠心病AP的临床疗效、ECG的临床疗效及中医症状的临床疗效。
Objective Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicines for replenishing Qi and activating blood in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases were retrieved by computer. RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis. Results A total of 549 Chinese literature articles were included in this study. The results showed that the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine for replenishing Qi and activating blood combined with western medicine was better than that of simple western medicine treatment, and the difference was statistically significant[OR=4.22, 95%CI(3.23, 5.50), P<0.000 01]. The ECG clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris was better than the general treatment with western medicine alone, and the difference was statistically significant[OR=3.76, 95%CI(2.61, 5.42), P<0.000 01]. The clinical efficacy of TCM symptoms was better than that of general Western medicine treatment, and the difference was statistically significant[OR=3.23, 95%CI(1.52, 6.87), P=0.002]. Conclusion Existing evidence shows that Chinese medicine for replenishing Qi and activating blood can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of AP, ECG and TCM symptoms in coronary heart disease angina pectoris.
