摘要
目的研究血脂检测联合心肌酶谱检测对气虚血瘀型冠心病临床诊断的应用价值。方法选择辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的气虚血瘀型冠心病患者75例为研究组,以健康体检者37例做为对照。分别对两组人群甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)进行检测并进行统计分析,探究血脂联合心肌酶谱检测对气虚血瘀型冠心病的诊断价值。结果研究组的HDL-C水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);TC/HDL-C、LDH及HBDH水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);TG、TC和LDL-C水平与对照组无差异(P>0.05)。应用ROC曲线分析发现,TC/HDL-C、LDH及HBDH对气虚血瘀型冠心病均具有一定的诊断价值,而HDL-C可能与真实情况不相符合。结论血脂检测联合心肌酶谱检测对气虚血瘀型冠心病患者的临床诊断具有较好的评估效果和良好的诊断价值。
Objective To study the clinical value of blood lipid test combined with myocardial zymogram detection in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 75 patients with coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study group and 37 healthy people as the control group.The blood lipid and myocardial enzymogram indexes of the two groups were measured,including triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and alpha hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDH).The results of the two groups were compared and analyzed to explore the blood lipid combined with myocardial zymogram detection in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Results The levels of HDL-C in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TC/HDL-C,LDH and HBDH in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the study group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).After analysis of ROC curve,it is found that TC/HDL-C,LDH and HBDH have certain diagnostic value for coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.HDL-C may not be consistent with the real situation.Conclusion Blood lipid test combined with myocardial zymogram detection has a good evaluation effect and diagnostic value for the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
