摘要
介绍了醋酸乙酯的合成方法及其生产工艺研究进展,重点提出了一种以配方离子液体为催化剂的反应-萃取精馏耦合的核心工艺。模拟计算和小、中试实践的初步结果表明,单程醋酸乙酯产品的产率和质量纯度都可达98%以上,且过程能耗低,绿色化程度高,还分析了醋酸乙酯生产中存在的问题并展望了醋酸乙酯生产技术的发展趋势。
This paper introduced recent advances in the synthesis methods and production technologies of ethyl acetate. In particular, a core technology of reaction-exaction distillation coupling is proposed and established in the presence of formulated ionic liquid catalyst. The technology is tested and successfully proven to be energy efficient and green by the process simulation, laboratory experiments, and pilot-scale study, and it is shown that more than 98% of ethyl acetate yield and mass purity can both be realized in one-step. The paper also analyzes the existing problems and overviews the technical trend of ethyl acetate production.
