摘要 3D打印技术作为一种新型的快速成型技术,其在医学教学与临床应用方面愈加广泛。在骨科领域,3D打印技术带来的新型支架、内植物、术前解剖模型模拟等应用越来越多、优势越来越显著,尤其在骨科畸形矫正方面发挥着独有的先进性。本文对近年来有关3D打印技术在骨科畸形矫正应用、限制及前景方面进行阐述。 As a new type of rapid prototyping,3D printing has been widely used in the teaching and clinical fields of medicine.In the field of orthopaedics,3D printing technology brings more and more applications and advantages,such as new scaffolds,implants,and simulation of preoperative anatomical models,which has an advantage especially in orthopedic deformity correction.In this paper,the application,limitation and prospect of 3D printing technology in orthopaedics,especially in orthopaedic deformity correction,are reviewed on the basis of extensive literature review in recent years.
