摘要
"大众创业万众创新"为核心的创新创业驱动发展模式,已经成为目前经济社会整体转型和新常态化下的重要经济发展模式。同时,在国家鼓励兼职、副业创新以及人社部将健全大学生兼职的权益保障机制的背景下,大学生兼职成为其创新创业教育不可或缺的一个平台和途径。本研究分别选取怀化、株洲、常德等地区的部分高校大学生样本,采取问卷调查法,通过调查大学生的兼职情况,注入创新创业教育新活力,总结出兼职对培养大学生就业和创业能力的影响,并对提升大学生就业和创业能力提出建议。
The innovation and entrepreneurship driven development mode with the core of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”has become the main economic development mode under the current overall economic and social transformation and the new normal.At the same time,under the background that the National Development and Reform Commission encourages the innovation of part-time jobs and sideline jobs and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will improve the rights and interests protection mechanism of college students’part-time jobs,college students’part-time jobs have become an indispensable platform and way for their innovation and entrepreneurship education.Respectively in this paper,which,zhuzhou,changde regions such as part of the samples of college students,adopt questionnaire investigation,through the survey of college students part-time,inject new vitality,innovative entrepreneurship education come to the conclusion that a part-time influence on cultivating college students’employment,entrepreneurship,and puts forward Suggestions to improve college students’employment and innovative undertaking ability.
