摘要
目的:观察针刺联合中频脉冲电治疗膀胱功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,对照组用药物及中频脉冲电治疗,治疗组用针刺联合神经电疗治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),膀胱残余量观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),最大排尿量治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),QOL评分治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合电疗治疗膀胱功能障碍疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency pulse electricity in the treatment of bladder dysfunction.Methods:A total of 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with drugs and intermediate frequency pulse electricity,while the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with neuroelectrotherapy.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The bladder residual volume in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The maximum voiding volume in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with neuroelectrotherapy is effective in treating bladder dysfunction.
