摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,单纯西医治疗临床效果欠佳,中医药在整体观念、辨证论治的指导下,以其独特的方法和手段,在治疗糖尿病周围神经损害方面取得了显著地成果。文章总结了李发枝教授以桑皮饮加味治疗阴虚火旺型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床经验。现介绍如下,以飨同道。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus.The clinical effect of pure western medicine treatment is not good.Under the guidance of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation,Chinese medicine has made remarkable achievements in the treatment of diabetic peripheral nerve damage with its unique methods and means.This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor Li Fazhi's treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Yin deficiency and fire swelling type by adding Sangpi Yin.Now introduce the following,in order to entertain the fellow.
