功能性纳米纤维空气过滤材料的研究进展 被引量:10

Research progress of multi-functional nanofiber membrane and its application in air filtration

摘要 相较于传统纤维空气过滤材料,纳米纤维空气过滤材料的纤维直径较细,比表面积高,在空气过滤材料领域得到广泛关注。与普通纳米纤维空气过滤材料相比,新型功能性纳米纤维的开发能够满足特定领域对空气过滤材料的要求。功能性纳米纤维空气过滤材料在保证纳米纤维空气过滤材料对空气中细微颗粒高效吸附性能的基础上,附加了其他特定功能。在总结功能性纳米纤维空气过滤材料研究现状的基础上,着重阐述了具有耐高温、抗菌、自清洁、生物可降解功能的纳米纤维空气过滤材料的制备策略及应用,以期为新型功能性纳米纤维空气过滤材料的开发及制备提供参考。 Compared with traditonal fiber filter materials,nanofiber air filtration material has smaller fiber diameter and higher surface area,attracting tremendous attention in air filtration field.Compared with common nanofiber air filtration material,the development of new multi-functional nanofiber membrane could meet the requirement of air filtration material in specific field.The functional nanofiber air filter material guarantees the high-efficiency adsorption performance of the nanofiber air filter material to the fine particles in the air,and other specific functions are added.Based on the concluded recent researches of multi-functional nanofiber air filtration materials,the preparation idea and application of biodegradable nanofiber air filtration material with high temperature stability,antibacterial,self-cleaning are expounded,to provide a reference for the development and preparation of new functional nanofiber air filtration materials.
