纳米纤维复合空气过滤材料的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 纳米纤维是制备空气过滤材料的重要纤维元素,引入纳米纤维可极大地提高滤料的过滤性能。针对纳米纤维复合滤料的研究现状,介绍了制备纳米纤维常用的聚合物、基材的原料和分类,着重阐述了纳米纤维和微米级基布的复合方式和加固方式,指出了这种方式制备的叠层复合过滤材料的优缺点;综述了纳米纤维与微米纤维混合过滤材料的3种制备方法及其优缺点,为开发新型高效低阻的复合空气过滤材料提供了研究思路。 Nanofiber is an important element in the preparation of air filter materials.The introduction of nanofiber can greatly improve the filtration performance.In view of the research status of nanofiber composite filter materials,the common polymers in the preparation of nanofibers and raw materials and classification of substrates were introduced.The composite methods and reinforcement methods of nanofibers and micron nonwovens were emphatically expounded,and the advantages and disadvantages of laminated composite air filter materials prepared by this method were introduced.Three kinds of preparation of nanofibers and micron-fibers mixed filter materials were reviewed.It provided research ideas for developing a new type of high efficiency and low resistance composite air filter materials.
