运动对我国大学生焦虑情绪影响的meta分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:通过meta分析不同运动方式对我国大学生焦虑情绪影响,寻找降低大学生焦虑的最佳运动方案。方法:制定检索策略、纳入标准和排除标准,通过检索中国知网、万方和维普数据库,检索时间从2011年1月起至2021年3月,按照纳入和排除标准进行文献筛选和数据提取。采用R的“meta”分析软件包进行数据分析。结果:Meta分析结果显示运动干预能显著降低大学生的焦虑自评量表与症状自评量表的焦虑评分SMD=-0.98,95%-CI[-1.25;-0.70],z=-7.01,P<0.01。亚组分析发现,球类运动与有氧运动对焦虑情绪的影响效果明显好于进行运动;每周2次以上运动对焦虑情绪的影响效果好于每周进行2及以下;进行大强度运动对焦虑情绪的影响效果明显好于进行中等强度运动,进行中等强度运动对焦虑情绪的影响效果明显好于进行小强度运动;每次锻炼30-60min与60min以上的锻炼效果不存在显著区别。结论:各种运动均能降低大学生焦虑水平。中大强度球类或有氧运动,每次运动30min以上,每周运动三次及以上对焦虑情绪的影响效果最佳。 Objective:Through a meta-analysis of the influence of different exercise methods on the anxiety of Chinese college students,the best exercise scheme to reduce the anxiety of college students is discussed.Methods:The retrieval strategy,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were formulated.The retrieval period was from January 2011 to March 2021 by searching CNKI,Wan Fang and Wei Pu databases.Literature screening and data extraction were conducted according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.R's“Meta”software package was used for data analysis.Results:The results of the Meta-analysis showed that exercise intervention could significantly reduce the anxiety scores of college students'self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating symptom scale[SMD=-1.05,95%CI(-1.46;-0.64),P&LT;0.0001].The results of subgroup analysis showed that the effects of ball games and aerobic exercises on anxiety were better than those of exercise.The effect of exercising more than 2 times a week on anxiety is better than that of exercising 2 times or less a week.The effect of high intensity exercise on anxiety is better than that of moderate intensity exercise.The effect of moderate intensity exercise on anxiety is better than that of low intensity exercise.There was no significant difference between 30-60 min of exercise and more than 60 min of exercise.Conclusion:All kinds of exercise can reduce the anxiety level of college students.High-intensity ball games or aerobic exercise,30 minutes or more at a time,three or more times a week,had the best effect on anxiety.
